Terms of Service
ScreenPulse · Last updated: October 7, 2026
By downloading or using ScreenPulse ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScreenPulse on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or resell the app, except where permitted by law. You will not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
3. Screen Time Features
ScreenPulse uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) APIs to provide app-blocking and usage-insight features. These features depend on iOS system behavior and Apple's frameworks. We do not guarantee that blocking or limits will be perfectly enforced in all circumstances, as enforcement is controlled by the operating system.
4. No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
6. Disclaimer on Productivity Claims
ScreenPulse is a tool to help you manage screen time. It does not guarantee any particular outcome, behavioral change, or improvement in wellbeing or productivity.
7. Changes to the App and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the app, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by Apple's App Store Terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms: [email protected]. For help with the app, see ScreenPulse Support.
10. Subscriptions
ScreenPulse Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription, offered yearly or monthly. The yearly plan includes a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices are shown in your local currency in the app and on the App Store before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start a free trial, when the trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
11. Apple Standard EULA
Your license to use ScreenPulse is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). These Terms supplement it; if they conflict, Apple's Standard EULA applies.
